Note: This is a template Terms of Service, drafted for general use and not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. Please have it reviewed by legal counsel before relying on it.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wahoo Washing website and your purchase of trash can cleaning and power washing services (the "Services") from Wahoo Washing ("Wahoo Washing," "we," "us," or "our"), operating in Savannah, Georgia and Chatham County. By using our website or purchasing our Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Wahoo Washing provides:
- Trash Can Cleaning: Recurring monthly curbside cleaning of residential trash and/or recycling cans, priced at $25.00 per can per month.
- Power Washing: One-time or scheduled pressure/soft-washing services for residential and commercial surfaces, quoted per project.
3. Membership, Billing & Minimum Term
- Trash can cleaning is sold as a recurring monthly membership with a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months from your sign-up date.
- You authorize Wahoo Washing to charge your provided payment method automatically each month for the duration of your membership.
- After the initial 12-month term, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled by you or us in accordance with these Terms.
- Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
- Failed or declined payments may result in a pause of service until payment is resolved. Repeated failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
4. Cancellation
You may request cancellation at any time by contacting us. Cancellation requests made before the end of your 12-month minimum term will take effect at the end of that term unless otherwise agreed in writing. After the minimum term, cancellation requests take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for placing your trash and/or recycling cans at the curb, accessible and unlocked, by the scheduled cleaning time on your assigned service day.
- If your cans are not accessible on your scheduled day, we will attempt cleaning on your next scheduled visit; missed access does not entitle you to a refund or credit for that cycle unless otherwise agreed.
- For power washing, you are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property and disclosing any known surface damage, fragile fixtures, or areas to avoid prior to service.
6. Service Area & Scheduling
Services are provided within Chatham County, Georgia, on routes and schedules determined by Wahoo Washing. Service days and times may occasionally change due to weather, holidays, or operational needs; we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wahoo Washing performs services using industry-standard equipment and techniques. While we take care to avoid damage, pressure washing and can cleaning carry inherent risk to certain surfaces, fixtures, or pre-existing conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wahoo Washing's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Property Access & Pets
Please secure pets and remove valuable or fragile items from areas near cans or surfaces being cleaned. Wahoo Washing is not responsible for injury to unrestrained pets or damage to items left in the work area.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any customer for non-payment, unsafe conditions, abusive conduct toward our staff, or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chatham County, Georgia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
